Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is a highly effective treatment model that addresses mind, body and spirit. Hypnosis is one of the world's oldest sciences. It involved induction into a relaxed state. A state of enhanced attention. Where the walls come down and a dip into the deep unconscious where inner knowing resides. A floating between the conscious and unconscious state is present. This is a natural state of mind that we all enter into on a daily basis. 

Heart-centered hypnotherapy is the process of resolving inner conflict and dissolving inner trauma at the source: the subconscious mind. The therapist is simply the guide to bring awareness of the emotional conflict that is occurring, and to regress to the source of these emotions that lay deep within the subconscious. To express and release these deep emotions and experiences. To discover decisions that were made there. Conclusions that were drawn there. To begin the healing process. Ultimately affirm the new positive decisions and conclusions that are empowering and transformational. To begin to establish a new way of being. I refer to is as walking in the light.

How long are hypnotherapy sessions? How many are recommended?

Each session is 90 minutes in length. This allows time to induce the hypnotic state, explore the subconscious, conduct the healing work, and then time to bring you back to normal waking-state alertness.

Two hypnotherapy sessions are recommended. You may need more or less hypnotic sessions depending on your weight loss journey. We can explore this together during intake and/or treatment planning.

You will be in a heightened state of awareness. It will be exciting and different from what you expect. New and even spectacular. Your subconscious mind will become active. It is the most unique experience as you may regress to the source of the emotional conflict, to a very young age and beyond.
